Talk to God
Pray for one person every day. Ask God to help them know Jesus and to give you opportunities to care for them.

Every believer has a mission field. Who is one person God is calling you to intentionally invest in?
Your THEO is someone you intentionally pray for, welcome, invest in, share Jesus with, and offer a next step.
Start in your everyday mission field—your neighborhood, workplace, school, and community. For Summer Grove, that begins here in Northwest Louisiana.
Pray for one person every day. Ask God to help them know Jesus and to give you opportunities to care for them.
Welcome them into your home and your life. Share a meal, listen to their story, and build a relationship.
Share who Jesus is, what He has done, and how they can respond to Him in repentance and faith.
Invite a response. Offer to read the Bible together, answer a question, or help them take a next step toward following Jesus.
An intentional conversation that explains who Jesus is and what He has done to save sinners, and invites a response.
Explain that Jesus died for our sins and rose again, and that we receive new life through repentance and faith in Him.
Inviting someone to church, praying with them, and talking about God can open a door. A gospel conversation moves through that door to the good news of Jesus.
A person does not have to make a decision for it to count. We celebrate faithful sharing and trust God with the response.
“Could I share why Jesus is good news to me?”
Use these four pictures to begin a conversation. Listen, welcome questions, and give the other person space to respond.
God created us to know Him and live in relationship with Him.
John 3:16We have all sinned. Our sin separates us from God, and we cannot make ourselves right with Him.
Romans 3:23; 6:23Jesus died for our sins and rose again. Through Him, God offers forgiveness and new life as a gift of grace.
1 Corinthians 15:3–4; Ephesians 2:8–9Turn from sin and trust Jesus. “What questions do you have? Are you ready to trust Him?”
Mark 1:15; Romans 10:9Tell us about your gospel conversation so we can celebrate, pray, and help with next steps.
The other person’s first name is optional. Please don’t include their last name, contact information, or other identifying details.
