Summer Grove Baptist Church

Mission/Vision

To build a loving, caring, Christ-centered, biblically based ministry designed to share God’s redemptive love and lead single adults to a personal and growing relationship with Jesus Christ.

To meet the variety of needs of single adults and their families. To help build quality relationships grounded in God’s love as each person discovers their place of service in our church.

Upcoming Events

Sunday, April 20th – 12:45 pm Bowling at All Star Lanes on Mansfield Road, following church service. Games are $2.00 each and Shoes are $3.00.

Wednesday, April 23 – 6:40 pm Following Prayer Meeting, we will meet at Applebees on Mansfield Rd. for a light snack and conversation.

Friday, April 25 – Single Parent’s Game Night with Kids at the Summer Grove Back Lot in the Children’s area. 6:30 pm – Games, Popcorn, Movie

Saturday, April 26 – 6:30 pm Dinner at Hong Kong City on King’s Hwy. If you are going to be late call me and I will save you a seat.

Sunday, April 27 – following church am service – Picnic at Betty Virginia Park. Bring your lunch, lawn chairs, games. Bring a friend.

Wednesdays

• GriefShare begins January 30th, from 6:30 pm till 8:00 pm in Room 2 S. Come in Entrance 2 and it is the second door on the left. Only charge is $10.00 for the workbook. This is recovery group for those grieving the loss of a loved one. A 13-week seminar. Need additional information, call 688-2525.
