Our PHILOSOPHY: Proverbs 22:6
“Train a child in the way he should go. When he is old, he will not turn away from it.”
Our VISION: To make disciples for Christ who can lead others to become disciples for Christ. We want your child to have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, allow Him to direct heir life and follow Him all the days of their life. We want to partner with parents and equip parents to raise up spiritual champions for Christ.
Our MISSION: We want your child to experience and own 3 basic characteristics modeled by Jesus in Luke 2:52
“Jesus became wiser and stronger. He also became more and more pleasing to God and to people.”
Wisdom—by providing opportunities for learning and applying God’s Word so that your child can make wise choices.
Strength—by providing physical activities and FUN in a safe environment.
Pleasing to God and to people—by providing opportunities to develop friendship with kids their age, learning how to care and serve others in ways that please and glorify God.
We want to partner with you and your child to lay a strong foundation in the lives of the children God has brought to Summer Grove Baptist Church. It is our goal to help parents guide their child to the loving arms of Christ, so as they grow they will become more dependent on God. Please call on us at any time. We would love to pray for and with you and your family.

Where do I bring my children for Sunday School at 9am?
Park on the South side of our building at Entrance 2 (Near Playground). Once entering through Entrance 2, continue until you reach Center Court (There are table, chairs, benches, and a big tree.) and take a left to the West Hallway. The Children’s areas and classrooms will begin about twenty yards down. Once you reach the stairs/ramp the children’s area has ended. All the children’s activities are contained in this area.
Parents check-in children and receive a Name & Security Tags (security tags are for children birth-2nd grade) then Volunteers will help you find their designated Sunday School classrooms. After Sunday School, volunteers will help your children go to Kids’ Theater for Kids Worship.
Where does Kids Worship happen?
Kids Worship takes place in Kids Theater. After turning down the West Hallway from Center Court, the Kids’ Theater will be the second doors on the left right after a large red wall. The walls of Kids Theater are black.
You will pick up your children after Kids Worship here.
There are also other events that occur here like Kid’s Night Out and sometimes Wednesday night events.
